COOPERATION AGREEMENT LETTER
For the successful organization of the Second Magar Literary Festival–2083 and with the objective of preserving and promoting Magar language, literature, art, and culture, the Nepal Magar Women’s Association, Rupandehi (First Party) and ______________________________ (Second Party) have mutually agreed to cooperate under the following terms and conditions:
- The Second Party shall provide NPR ______________________________ (in words: ______________________________) for the festival, or provide equivalent in-kind support as mutually agreed.
- The First Party shall provide branding, promotional publicity, logo display, and other agreed facilities in accordance with the agreement.
- Both parties shall comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement for the successful organization, transparency, and mutual cooperation of the festival.
- The individual or organization agreeing to provide support shall pay 60% of the agreed amount within one week of entering into the agreement.
- If the First Party is unable to conduct the program (festival) due to any reason, the First Party shall return the full amount provided by the Second Party.
- This agreement shall remain effective from the date of signing until the completion of the festival and submission of the final report.
- In the event of any dispute related to this agreement, the matter shall be resolved through mutual understanding between both parties. If necessary, it shall be resolved in accordance with the prevailing laws of Nepal.
